Excellent customer service reserving my vehicle for a two month rental, with extra driver, extra kilometers and tow package. Agents went through all my options, confirmed my equipment, contract duration and kilometers.
Haittapuolet:
After booking everything else was just a let down.
The reserved car was not at the location for pick-up. The car I got had only 1/3 tank of gas. Many empty promises over 8 weeks to deliver the reserved car never materialized.
Kommentti:
Enterprise is the Seinfeld Rental Company. Good at taking a reservation but just useless at actually providing what you reserved. Look elsewhere for your rental needs if you actually expect them to be fulfilled.

The staff were polite, and apologetic. Although I initiated several calls, responses were always in email and with 7—10 days delay. Either no actual attempt was made to address the broken reservation or everyone just wanted to put me off until the reservation was ended without having a «difficult» conversation about the fact that they messed up, couldn't deliver, and how can we make this up to you. Either way, it's a terrible way to treat your customers and represent your company.

Scammers, dont trust them. We filled up tank just in front of parking spot and they chargeg us for over 30€. Even 7 litres filled from them doesnt matched up with our rided distance. They expect you tu return car and after you fly home they scam you. I would expect that somewhere else then in Finland.

Varsovassa eivät palauttaneet 115 € panttia ollenkaan vaikka palautusvaiheessa kertoivat palauttavansa koko summan. En luota enää. Aviksen, Hertzin ja Europcarin kanssa ei ole koskaan ollut mitään ongelmia. Suosin jatkossa vain tunnettuja ja vakiintuneita toimijoita.
Vastaus: Olen ollut yhteydessä 4—5 sähköpostia ja noin 5 soittoa. Ei vaikutusta eivät palauta panttia, vaikka ilmoittivat auton palautusvaiheessa palauttavansa. Palauttivat 350 € ja veloittavat samantien uuden 360 € arvoisen summanvaikka palautusvaiheessa ilmoittivat että noin 115 € pantti palautetaan. Mitä siinä voi kun on matkalla koneeseen ja eikä palautus tule sillä sekunnilla. Sitä luottaa mitä tiskillä ilmoitetaan kun palauttaa avaimet.… – näytä

Scammers.
While renting a car, a stone flew into the glass and a small crack appeared. When I handed over the car, the employee at the car inspection said that this is nonsense and they will not fine me, since the crack is small, and he wished me a good road.
I still decided to take the document in the office, that I have no complaints, to which the girl in the airport building told me that her colleague told her that the glass is a big crack and they will deduct from me 1000 euros to replacethe glass.
But replacing the glass will be cheaper and when they make it, then I will return the change — the difference in price and provide a receipt and a car service for replacing the glass.
As a result, after a month, I was told that the replacement of the glass cost exactly 1000 euros, no change will be returned to me. I was not provided with any documents about the cost of the work performed.
This is a real fraud.
