Stockholms Auktionsverk Helsinki — Worst customer “service” ever. I have used for many years other auction houses within Finland and always received great customer service. The way Stockholms Auktionsverk Helsinki treated me as customer was unacceptable and I would recommend to the staff there to overthink the way how they communicate. I received an item, which easily was recognised as fake and confirmed by a professional. It took me nearly two weeks, first I got no response at all to my emails, then the short two liner, and expert is in holiday and will contact me after his return??? Excuse me? Eventually I got the message, that I could return the item on my own cost?!? I deeply disagree, as the item is not the advertised one and a badly done fake, I would expect to get all cost I had to be refunded. This is not a normal withdrawal, the mistake was made by the auction house not to recognise this and therefore the auction house should cover this problem with all costs. I have send back the item and await the refund. I will update the review, ones I have gotten a refund how the problem has been solved.
