We arrived at 15:40, place was at 65%~ capacity enough room for 8 people.
And girl at the front desk delivered an experience we will never forget.
After we asked if we could place some tables together she said: it's an impossible task.
Then we asked if there is a possibility to reserve for an hour later. Guess what happened?
We where asked to go and take a walk, they don't do such things as reservations.
And just to add the cherry on top of the s*ht show, we asked if they had hot drinks, but they only have champagne.
Sadly there is no 0 star rating.
If you are an international visiting this amazing city, I would not recommend this place, unless you want to be kicked out. … – näytä
It´s very unfortunate you had this experience entering our place. I was working personally and remember this well, as it was yesterday. There was no room for your company. We had reservations, and even though it might have looked that 35% capacity was free, it in fact was not. There was a possibility to book online, with credit card assurance, which you as I understood did not want to do. Simply, I could not promise you a table I could not have. Maybe in the future consider reserving a t able at a restaurant in advance to avoid any negative experiences.
And yes, we do not have Hot Chocolate, however, we do have champagne, hot and cold drinks and mocktails, and much more. Hope you give us a chance if you visit Helsinki again!
